Drop-off Instructions & Location
Visit our donation center at
1501 E. Red River, Suite D, Victoria, TX.
Please bring items to the designated receiving entrance. Our staff is available to assist with unloading and providing donation receipts.
We accept donations during regular business hours:
Wednesday – Saturday
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday,
and on major holidays.
Items We Accept
Clean, gently used items in good working condition:
- Specialty clothing & accessories: Quality outerwear; leather or vintage jackets; quality handbags, belts, hats, and scarves; high-quality or vintage costume jewelry; luxury sunglasses
- Everyday clothing in very good condition:
Shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, shoes, and other standard apparel - Accent furniture: Clean, gently used, non-upholstered chairs and benches, accent tables, wooden or metal chairs or small tables, barstools, small bookshelves, plant stands, and other accent pieces
- Household goods: Cookware, dinnerware, home decor, and other functional household items
- Small appliances: Clean, complete, and in proper working condition
- Pet supplies: Unopened pet food, new or unused beds, clean and gently used hard-sided carriers, and non-fabric toys and accessories
Items We Cannot Accept
To keep our donations resale-ready, we cannot accept:
- Damaged items: Torn, stained, excessively worn, broken, or incomplete items
- Upholstered or padded furniture: Sofas, sectionals, recliners, fabric-covered chairs, mattresses, bed frames, or large bedroom/living room sets due to limited showroom space
- Electronics: Televisions, computers, printers, and other electronic devices
- Non-working appliances: Appliances that are damaged, missing parts, or require repair
- Unsuitable pet supplies: Opened pet food, used bedding, dirty or damaged toys, and fabric pet supplies
Please donate items that are clean, complete, and ready for resale.
All donations are subject to review and acceptance by UPTAIL RESALE staff based on condition, available space, and current store needs. Thank you for helping us turn quality donations into meaningful support for animals in our community!

Every dollar helps us provide essential support for animals in our community. Whether you give $5, $10, $20, or more, your generosity helps make compassionate care possible. Every dollar donated goes directly toward our spay & neuter voucher program, community outreach programs, and other services to ensure no pet is left without the care and support they deserve.
Spay & Neuter Voucher
A $100 donation covers the full cost of a spay or neuter procedure, helping us manage the local pet population and improve long-term health for animals in our community.
